Brad was my sales person. Very personable and knowledgeable. I came from out of town to look at a vehicle, all the staff was very accommodating and made the process smooth and seamless. The cars they have on the lot are all cleaned and maintained very well.

Very good service from Farooqi and the entire team at Chicago Auto Place. Farooqi worked very hard to ensure I was a happy customer paying special attention to details for items that were not quite up to par on my used vehicle purchase. He had excellent follow up and follow through to ensure I was happy in the end. Loving my car; thanks Farooqi and team.

Edgar was my Sales Associate...he did well! I bought this car sight unseen as I just moved from Georgia to Hot Springs Village AR. He walked me thru the process even to the point of getting this car to my preferred Ford Dealership for a full used car pre-inspection. All came back as a quality car to buy! I do need to put this in here..no fault of Edgar..I do feel a little let down once money was transferred.. was a cash deal..took too long in my opinion to get on a transporter from Chicago to just outside of Little Rock AR..but all is well and looking forward to many years to enjoy my new ride..Thanks to All Involved with my out of State purchase!
