I'm out of state, but I found a car I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. Omar got back in touch with me right away and was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He allowed me to schedule a third-party PPI, which came back flawless, and held the car for a small deposit. Unfortunately, due to unrelated circumstances, I couldn't wait for a car to arrive from out of state and had to go with a local option; when I let Omar know I wouldn't be moving forward with the sale, he wasn't pushy and immediately issued a refund on the deposit. All in all, I would recommend Chicago Auto Place to anyone interested in some more unique used cars.

Great dealership and people. rs7 performance was mint when I arrived from 9 hours away and it was the best think I’ve seen in my 20 years of living. They treated me well on arrival. Car is being well taken care of in appreciation that they gave me a well taken care of car. Thank you Chicago auto place!

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Brad for going above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I inquired about was truly the right one for me.I explained what I was looking for, and Brad took the time to personally test-drive the vehicle and send me detailed pictures and videos before I made the hour-and-45-minute drive to see it in person. He was completely upfront about the vehicle’s imperfections while also recognizing that, overall, it was a great, solid car.Brad described it as “a timeless classic,” and he was absolutely right.From our first conversation, it was clear that Brad knows how to run a business from every angle. His professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and genuinely welcoming personality made the entire experience exceptional. He made me feel confident in my decision before I ever stepped foot on the lot.I truly appreciate the time and effort Brad put into making the experience such a positive one and for that I give this business 5 stars. His approach to customer service is a great reflection of what a quality business should be, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional automotive experience.

Had gotten my very first car from Chicago Auto's, and it was the best experience at a dealership. Before I went to Chicago Auto's, I had come from another dealership and had the most anxiety-filled experience. I just felt so pressured, and at one point the dealer got upset with me because I felt the car wasn’t right for me. After I left, I stopped by Chicago Auto's and after being greeted by Brad. He was the most welcoming, honest, and respectful dealer I had talked to all day! I was originally looking at the Beetle, and after discussing the price and what I could offer, he had shown me an Audi A3 convertible, and I instantly fell in love with it! He was very helpful, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during the test drive! I would definitely come back or recommend friends and family that need affordable cars! I really appreciate Brad and all his help!

Our rep Brad was amazing. Super helpful and knew the answer to every question I had and I had a lot. They took care of me and I would recommend them to friends and family. Moe the manager was also helpful and friendly. Great team 5 stars
